We have formed working relationships with experts around the world. As a result, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Developers are contracted for custom development projects.
We also collaborate using Statements of Work, tracker spreadsheets, Project Management tools and other similar documents. For new customers, we share three documents: Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (mNDA), Master Services Agreement (MSA), and a Statement of Work (SOW).

Steve Webster
SW gApps Founder & President
Steve has been saving problems and making improvments in the IT field for over 25 years, including 13 years at Marriott International as a Project Manager and Sr Developer. His Google experience includes being a Google Vendor, where he helped with the original Google Partner Connect website and developed a website gadget on Google’s learning site. He is a Google Developer Expert (GDE) Alumnus and has been awarded Innovator Champion status. As a Google Trusted Tester for Google Docs, Sheets and Forms add-ons, he not only assisted Google reviewers before launch, but was also asked to become the owner of the G+ add-on community.
Dennis Lorenz
Director
Dennis is a result-driven leader with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills having a solid foundation of Business Management, Engineering and Technology education and experience. He maintains a portfolio of business acumen, ethics, and leadership principles that engages business partners and teams to meet common objectives while achieving a high level of quality. Core competencies include Executive Management & Strategy, Systems Engineering, Hardware and Software Development, Program & Project Management, Communication & Business Leadership, and Coaching.
Scott Webster
Administrator
Scott has been a CFO/business owner for 20+ years. He has experience with non-profit and for profit operations. He is also responsible for bookkeeping, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, investment management and debt management. Scott works directly with a CPA, auditor, and tax attorney/accountant.
Troza Hill
Project Manager
Troza’s expertise ranges from senior administrative support, workflow management, customer operations, and team member management to configuring and implementing CRM and collaboration tools. He has experience architecting systems like Google Workspace, Zoho, ClickUp, HubSpot and related systems. As a successful Google certified Project Manager, he assists growing startups and large corporations with implementing the most suitable IT solutions for different types of businesses.

Ariana is a seasoned BI Consultant & Data Analyst with a passion for crafting tailor-made business intelligence solutions. With a primary focus on the healthcare, financial services, and real estate sectors. She brings hands-on experience in empowering organizations with actionable insights. Her forte lies in developing bespoke BI solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like the “Microsoft Power Platform (especially PowerBI) and the Google Suite (AppSheet). She thrives on transforming complex data into visually compelling, easy to understand reports and dashboards that drive informed decision-making.
Waqar Ahmad
GCP & Workspace Solution Architect
Waqar has 10+ years of experience in Google Workspace and Google Cloud. He is one of the early Apps Script Top Contributors recognized by Google. He has worked with multiple Google Partners in South Korea, Middle East and Canada. With those jobs he has been involved with Workspace Customization, Process Automation, Workspace Integration with third party apps, Data Migration, and Reseller Billing Automation.
