Control Costs
Effectively manage budgeting concerns with monthly fixed hours per month. If hours are met before month’s end you can elect to pause until the next month begins and stay on budget. Otherwise, simply pay for more hours. The point is you are aware of a pending overage before it happens.
Manage Resources
Choose your desired hours, and we will determine the required number of resources. For instance, 40 hrs per week equals 160 hours per month, would need at least 1 resource. Opting for 320 hours per month we’ll automatically assign 2 resources, completing your project in half the time.
Project Manager
Our plans also include a Project Manager for oversight, reporting statuses, and alerts, as well as, architects and developers. For each 8 hour business day, we allocate 1.5 hours for PM; 6 hours for business analysis, solution architect design, and development; and 30 minutes for other tasks.
